Making A Purchase
You will be able to browse the products available on the website, but in order to view prices you will have to log-in as a registered user.
In order to register an account, please click on the link at the top of the page where you will be asked for a few basic details.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please keep this User Name & Password confidential. Any order received via the website using these log-in credentials will be deemed to have been made by the Customer.
Please read the descriptions for indications of current stock availability and colour range available. These provide a general guide only. Please also note that even though we have made every effort to accurately display colours on the website, the colours on this web site will be affected by the settings of the PC monitor on which they are viewed.
Where stocks are limited and not repeatable, please ensure that you order enough to fulfill your requirements.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland directly through this website. Outside of these areas, please contact us by e-mail or telephone to discuss your requirements.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Your order should normally be despatched within 5 working days (excludes Weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) of receipt of your order, but could take up to 7 working days (excludes Weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) to reach you. There may be additional processing delays over the Easter, Christmas & New Year periods, so please check the Delivery Information page for specific information. The quoted delivery time also includes the time required for processing the order.
Shipping and Handling
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland directly through this website. We ship orders via various couriers. Rates vary depending on the location of customers, and value of order.
Please refer to the shipping charges price list on the Delivery Information Section. These rates can be subject to change. You will receive an e-mail detailing your delivery. All charges, costs and expenses incurred after despatch is the responsibility of the purchaser.
A signature will be required on delivery, so there needs to be an adult available at the delivery address.
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you regarding future availability. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you wish to cancel your order, a refund will be made to your credit card for any charge already made.
Returns and Shortages
All goods which have been cut or processed by the purchaser will have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly any claim in respect of faults in the goods supplied, where the claim has not been made within 14 days of receipt, will be dealt with on the basis that the goods have been accepted by the purchaser, and therefore cannot be rejected. No items will be accepted for return after 14 days.
Please also note that a refund will not be given if items have been cleaned, or used contrary to any instructions on this website. You must e-mail email@example.com (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage), for instructions on returning the items. Return of Goods shall not be made without the prior agreement of ITS textile traders. Any payment already made will be refunded and will be made on receipt of the goods. All goods returned will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
The company shall not be liable for any shortage in quantity delivered unless a claim in writing (this can be by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org) is lodged with the Company within 7 days. It shall be the responsibility of the customer at all times to satisfy him or herself as to the suitability or otherwise of the goods. In no circumstances shall the company be liable for consequential damages howsoever arising.
Unless the goods are faulty, the customer will be liable for the cost of shipping any returns.
Orders made to UK businesses are subject to VAT at 20%. Orders to EU businesses are subject to VAT at 20%, unless a valid VAT Registration Number is provided.
Orders to the Channel Islands are subject to VAT at 0%.
Jersey Customers, please note that anything that is sent to you by post, courier, or freight, or which you import as accompanied baggage, is liable to GST at a rate of 5% of its value. Except where special arrangements exist, goods will not be released from Customs control until all charges have been paid. Credit Card Security
We use Sagepay as our card payment service provider, in partnership with Streamline from RBS. When the payment for the order is made your card details are securely processed by SagePay. SagePay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the web address. Fire & Safety
Fabrics may only be used for upholstery if they have been treated in accordance with the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. its-sales.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used for:
- Essential operation of the website; particularly taking and fulfilling customer orders
- Administering and enhancing the site and service
- Disclosing information to third-parties only for goods delivery purposes
- Analysing data such as visitor numbers and sales through Google Analytics (personal information is not given out)
We reserve the right to publish any comments received from customers, on our Testimonials section within our web site. The comments may be published in full or in part. The customer's e-mail address or postal address will not be revealed. If the customer does not wish for the comments and name to be published within our web site this must be clearly stated in any written correspondence to ITS textile traders.
Credit Account Customers
Customers with an initial order value of £500 (net of VAT and shipping) may apply for a Credit Account. New Accounts may only be opened subject to a satisfactory credit check and credit insurance approval. A fully completed and signed Credit Application Form (downloadable from this link Credit Application Form) must be returned along with a business letterhead.
Orders on credit cannot be processed until the credit account application is approved. New Credit Account Customers will receive a User Name & password; in order to be able to log in to ITS-Sales.co.uk and place an order. Please keep this User Name & Password confidential. Any order received via the website using these log-in credentials will be deemed to have been made by the Customer. Orders will only be processed if sufficient credit is available on the account, and the account is within terms. Credit Terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
Legal Title in any goods supplied shall not pass to the buyer until all sums due to Michael Abakhan Ltd have been paid in full.
